The new colour code of Soul Red is 46V, and not 41V

Hi BWJ, thanks for your comment.

Yes, since this article was written, Mazda has introduced a new colour called Soul Red Crystal Metallic, with the code 46V.

For those with the older Soul Red Metallic paint, the code for that is still 41V.

I recently purchased a Mazda 3 2019 with 18inch grey metallic alloy wheels, my wife hit a kerb with one and scraped the rim , I am looking for a paint code for wheel

    • Julian says:

      Hi Del,

I don’t have paint codes for alloy wheels, as Mazda don’t do touch up paints for them.

I recall someone once saying that ‘Kia Dark Gunmetal BE’ was a good match for the Design 157, Diamond Cut alloys on my 2015 CX-3, but I’ve no personal experience, and don’t know if that would be the same colour as the wheels on your Mazda 3 2019.

It’s probably best for you to have a word with a wheel refurbishing company, or a local bodyshop to see if they can mix some paint to match.
